Proof of Infinity Heart of Matter

In my life I've had a rich and varied musical journey. In my early teens my mom insisted that I study with a good teacher which I discovered at the Peabody Music Institute in Baltimore. Once I moved to Boston I had the great good fortune to study drum set with the legendary Alan Dawson, and later with one of his advanced students. Tabla and Indian music was an interest, and once again I found a great teacher in Pandit Shashi Nayak. Music theory studies ensued with Stephen Savage. Parallel to learning and playing music in bands I caught the recording bug and established a number of studios beginning with a home studio where I produced and recorded my first CD entitled, Heart of Matter which garnered excellent reviews and was played world-wide.

Later on I moved on to the Project Studio level having established the same in Littleton, and Concord Massachusetts with the last one being in Bath, Maine. During this time I recorded and produced Stephen Savage's Future Memory. I also wrote music for the band Proof of Infinity.

To me music has the great power to heal, to connect, to move people to their very core. This is the overriding energy that compels me to always move forward, to never give up, to create something authentic rather than aiming for commercial success and validation from outside of myself, and to help like minded musicians and composers who may never have an opportunity to record their vision in a proper studio. I think this a worthy goal and hope to manifest that vision here in Maine.
